Zumba Testimonials
I have heard many great testimonials from people on how Zumba has helped them lose weight, gain confidence and
feel happier!  Here is a great one from one of my students:
Hi Sue-
...you know I'm a big fan! As part of a major lifestyle overhaul, Zumba
has helped me lose over 60 pounds and keep it off!

Between January and June 2007, I went from a 212-pound size 18 to
a 147-pound size 10 (sometimes even an 8!).  Now, during that time I
was on a strict doctor-supervised diet program, but I truly credit
Zumba with my success.  Why?  I have been athletic and active my
whole life, but as an adult I had not found an exercise program that
(a) brings about noticeable results, and (b) keeps my interest
enough that I stick with it.  Zumba is not only FUN, I saw changes in
my body every week, and my strength and agility have improved.  
Plus, I feel so much more sexy and confident about myself and my
body at age 35 than I did at 25!  That's a big deal!

Since finishing my weightloss program, I have learned to eat healthy
foods in reasonable portions...and I've kept on going to Zumba as
well as pursuing other exercise options.  My weight fluctuates a bit,
but I'm within a range that is healthy and attractive for my body type
and shape.  A year after my "diet" ended, I am living proof that
healthy foods and portions combined with regular exercise is the
secret to longterm success.  Sure I cheat now and then, but what's
life without ice cream, anyway?  Moderation is the key.

So, to conclude, by going to Zumba for the past year and a half, I
literally DANCED MY BUTT OFF!!!
