Students are always asking me about the music I use. As a member of the Zumba Instructor Network I receive
music CD's every month from Zumba Fitness. They produce their own music. I also use music from iTunes.
Here is a page where I will share some of the music I use when I teach zumba classes. When I create a playlist it
starts with a slower song to warmup. The second song goes a little bit faster. Then I add a variety of tempos and
rhythms and end with a slowdown. Usually 13 to 14 songs will fill a full hour's class!
