Dance Exercise Videos

Dancing has always been my main form of exercise.  If you love to dance then you know you can go out dancing for hours and not even realize all the energy you have consumed. When you dance you use all of your muscles: legs, arms and core.  You get your heart rate up which improves your cardiovascular health.  You also get the effects of doing plyometrics which is weight bearing exercise and which simulates interval training. This is most effective for burning calories. All dance movement originates from the core muscles which will tighten up your abs.
