and seabirds, feel the gulf breezes and see beautiful sunsets and an
occasional rainbow!
NEXT BEACH YOGA IS MONDAY MAY 2nd, 2011 at 7:00pm. This is a
sunset yoga. Meet me at the end of the 103rd Ave beach access on
Treasure Island close to the water (south of the Bilmar Resort). Stay
posted to my Facebook fan page at Dancenyoga for any last minute
cancellations.
It is best to do beach yoga on a large beach towel or blanket (rather than a
yoga mat). Bring water. Questions? email sue@dancenyoga.com
